Password Managers: How they Work & How to Choose

Accessing and storing passwords, passphrases, notes and other sensitive information becomes easier and more secure when using a Password Manager or sometimes called a password vault. A password manager is a database where you enter and store your information using a master passphrase which is created during setup. This master passphrase is used to encrypt and access your information stored in the password manager. It should be protected well from unauthorized access or loss as it provides access to your information stored in the vault.
